New Rider form: Please share your name and school information with us, so we can match you to the Madison West High School or 608MTB team. You’ll get an email invitation to create a PitZone account and register for the team!

Financial Assistance Form: Let us know if you’ll need financial support to participate! Our teams are open to all riders, regardless of financial situation.

New Coach form: Let us know if you’re interested in coaching.

Team Volunteer form: We need adult volunteers for other roles, too, like food at PitZone, team communications, etc. Let us know if you’re interested!
